This past weekend was not the best due to weather, but it looks like Mother Nature is going to make up for it this weekend with a perfect forecast in the low 80s and light winds. This weekend marks the start of our $15 Independence Boogie. With over 150 tandem rain checks from last weekend and another busy weekend of students, we will have both turbines running all weekend long. Don't forget that we are open at 9:30am Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with regular hours on Saturday & Sunday. Yes, we are open on Tuesday!
We have night jumps scheduled for Saturday. Briefing will be in the tandem classroom at 9:00pm. Also, The Eric Gomez Trio will be performing live on Saturday night along with the Hawaiian cookout.
We plan on doing formation loads this weekend, so come on out if you are interested in joining in on some big-ways.
For those of you who joined us last weekend for the Midwest Skydiving League competition, we have rescheduled the event to July 7th. $18 jumps for everyone who registered for the meet last week. $21 jumps for all other competitors.
We had a staff gathering last week. Some of us had more fun than others...
Nathan took Lisa up on her annual tandem last week.
With the PAC here, we have plenty of time to do our routine and scheduled maintenance on the Otter during the week. Special thanks to Tom Pecharich and Dan Smith for all of the hard work...
Melissa convinced her dad to make a tandem with us on Father's Day.
It looks like Sporto was having a swell time on this jump during Matty's Vibe Invitational earlier this month!
